Proposed voting rules for committee elected roles at the AGM are:

1. Online voting will be closed by 31st December at 1pm, results will be available at the AGM

2. Complete a Google form to register to vote electronically. 2 per household maximum. Once the form is submitted, I will generate a code related to your address which will be emailed to the email address submitted on the form (The email will come from favershamlakesresidents@gmail.com).

3. Once you receive the email, you can reply to the email containing the code your votes.

4. **Online voting will close by 13:00 on the 31st December** that cut off time is for returns, please don't expect to complete the form at noon and get responses, allow plenty of time. You can still vote after the cut off but only in person at the AGM.

5. A reminder email will be sent to everyone registered a day before voting closes, to ensure that anyone that has registered has received an email. These rules are intended to make nominations and elections fair for everyone and will be discussed at the November RA meeting.
