1.4 Oil stains to block paving have been jet washed and sand swept into crevices
1.5 Fishing at the pond. We have no luck contacting MKF, have called, texted, and sent emails. Security on site had moved the youths on albeit this is not what they are being paid to do. They are here to ensure the site is safe and secure, not to patrol the estate. Have asked the residents/non residents if they can in future, try to contact MKF/EA.

Block E Gunnery Road: Trees planted, and oil stain removed. Complete
Heras fencing was installed to abut fencing on Oare Road as a deterrent to trespassers. Complete

Street lighting:
Corning Close: additional lighting to be installed (Solar Street column and lantern), the column should be with us in 2-4 weeks, and the lantern’s lead time is 14-16 weeks. Asked the contractor if this can be expedited. But due to connections and getting the items from the manufacturer, we are looking at August before this is fully installed.
Bethell Road to be investigated along with Alder Close and Ham Road, potential fuse issue rather than replacing the sealed unit. Contractor has been instructed to investigate before replacing the sealed lantern units.
Update: The street light columns on Bethell Road and Evangelist Drive, which are diagonal from each other, Contractor believes this maybe a fuse/electrical fault rather than lanterns being replaced. Looking at 4-6 weeks before the contractor can come out to investigate and resolve, the same with the replacement lantern on the corner of Ham Road and Evers. Have asked if the investigation of the street columns at Bethell Road can be expedited.		 Outstanding
Culvert along Oare Road Boundary, date yet to be confirmed with the Site team. Outstanding
